How do we perform?
Jet2.com is focused on providing the best possible performance and improving the customer experience. We believe in providing honest feedback about how we are doing and the following stats are for performance in December 2008.
The On Time Performance for the previous 12 months was 86.4%
Punctuality
Unlike most airlines, we consider any delay to be a bad delay. As a result, we measure all delays which are more than 5 minutes whereas most airlines only measure delays which are more than 15 minutes.
In December 2008, 89.9% of flights departed within 5 minutes of schedule.
Very few delayed bags:
Only 0.5 per 1000 passengers delayed bags!
Jet2.com is striving towards achieving zero delayed bags. Even one bag delayed, is one bag too many.
