How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking on our website simply by making your selection in the ‘Find your flights’ section or by clicking on the 'Low fare finder' button. You are not committed to anything until you enter your payment card details and click on the final ‘Complete Booking’ button. By clicking on the ‘Complete Booking’ button you are agreeing toJet2.com’s terms and conditions. If Jet2.com accepts your booking, you will receive an email confirmation, at which stage the booking will be complete. If at any stage prior to completing your booking you would like to change information you have entered you can simply click on the ‘Go back a step’ button to be taken back to that previous page. We strongly recommend you do not use the “back” button in the top left hand corner of the screen. If you encounter difficulties during the booking process, you may contact our help desk.
How can I pay for any transactions with Jet2.com?
You can pay online using a credit or debit card and also using PayPal – see charges below. For payment via the call centre you can pay using a credit or debit card only. For payment at our sales desks you can pay using a credit or debit card cheque or cash.
Booking fees: A booking fee of 3% will be applied to all payment methods except for Solo and Visa Electron cards which are free.
Payment by debit card: For payment by Debit cards (except for Solo and Visa Electron) the minimum charge will be 2.49GBP/3.50EUR/5CHF/82CZK/11PLN
Payment by credit card: In addition to the above Booking Fee, credit cards will incur an additional fee of 1.75% with a minimum charge of 4.99GBP/7EUR/10CHF/165CZK/23PLN
Payment using PayPal: In addition to the above booking fee, payments using PayPal will incur an additional fee of 1% with a minimum charge of 3.49GBP/5EUR.
Can I pay in any currency using PayPal?
No, you are only able to use PayPal to make payments in either GBP £ or Euros €
Can I pay using PayPal for services booked via the call centre?
No – PayPal can only be used for online transactions as it is an on-line only payment service
How can I set up a PayPal account?
You can set up a PayPal account by visiting their website www.paypal.co.uk
Who do I contact for all other PayPal queries?
Please contact PayPal directly for all other queries. You can visit their website www.paypal.co.uk and go to their ‘contact us’ section.
Call Centre: Bookings and changes to bookings can be made through our Call Centre. All bookings or changes to a booking must be secured by a credit or debit card at the time of your call. Bookings through the Call Centre do not attract the on-line discount.
Sales Desk at Departure Airport: Flights may be purchased at the Jet2.com Sales Desk at the departure airport, subject to availability. Bookings through the Sales Desks do not attract the on-line discount. Payments may be made in local currency.
Please note that you must read our terms and conditions before booking. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted these before a booking may be made.
Air travel is not subject to VAT, therefore Jet2.com do not issue VAT receipts. Please retain your booking confirmation to support expenses claims
etc. as we can only issue a receipt on payment of an admin fee.

How do I make a group booking?
For Tour Operator enquiries and bookings for 10 or more passengers please click here or ring us 0871 4722 757 (10p a minute from UK landlines).
Jet2.com will contact you with a full quotation as quickly as we can.
For groups of less than 10 passengers please book on-line or contact our Call Centre giving full details of your requirements.
Benefits of group bookings include:
- LOW deposit of £25 per passenger!
- Full balance 8 weeks before travel!
- FREE name changes upto 2 weeks prior to departure!
Please note that prices available through our Groups Department, do not attract the on-line discount. Furthermore, fare prices offered during certain promotions and special offers are only available via our website.

Will I be issued with a ticket?
Jet2.com does not use paper tickets. Bookings are stored electronically. At time of booking you will be given a six letter booking reference and sent an itinerary/receipt. When you check-in for your flight you will need your booking reference plus your passport and any relevant visa that may be required. You do not need the email confirmation itself.

Can I buy flight gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift Vouchers of £25 or multiples thereof can be purchased via our Call Centre 0871 226 1737.
How do I redeem my gift vouchers?
Gift Vouchers can currently only be redeemed when making a booking made via our Call Centre. Please contact a member of our team on 0871 226 1737 and advise them that you wish to make a booking using gift vouchers.
Can Gift Vouchers be used for on-board purchases?
No – Gift vouchers can only be used to make flight bookings and associated airline ancillary services e.g. baggage.

Can I get fares information and book flights via email?
While you can keep up to date with the latest offers from Jet2.com by registering with us to receive our regular emails online, we cannot answer email requests for fares enquiries or book flights for you via email. Our latest fares are available through our website and if you wish to speak to an agent, please contact our Call Centre.
