What is Jet2plus?
For all customers (adults and children 12 and over) who want to enhance their travel experience. Benefits include:

On which routes do you offer the Jet2plus service?
This service is available on flights to and from Alicante, the Algarve, Majorca and Malaga and also to our Canary Island routes to Tenerife and Lanzarote. Also available on all departures from the UK over 2 hours. Jet2plusCITY is now available to and from Leeds, Amsterdam, Barcelona Dusseldorf and Venice. New routes are being added all the time. Please look out for new routes soon!
How much is Jet2plus?
You can upgrade your flights to Alicante, the Algarve, Majorca, Malaga and the Canaries for the current charge of 27.99GBP/ 39EUR/ 58CHF/ 924CZK/ 309NOK/ 128PLN per person for each individual flight. The current charge to upgrade your flights from Alicante, the Algarve, Belfast, Edinburgh, Majorca, Malaga and the Canaries is 24.99GBP/ 36EUR/ 52CHF/ 825CZK/ 276NOK/ 114PLN per person for each individual flight. From Amsterdam, Barcelona, Düsseldorf and Venice the current charge is 39€.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay and add this product to your booking at Jet2.com/plus at any time during or after making your flight booking up until 5 days before travel. Alternatively you can add Jet2plus at our Sales Desk at the departure airport on the day of travel.

What will the premium in-flight meal be?
Onboard you will be treated to a fantastic in-flight meal with a complimentary alcoholic drink and a tea or coffee. The meal consists of a premium hot meal with starter, bread roll.dessert. Also complimentary drinks (1 alcoholic and tea/coffee) On early morning flights a wake-up breakfast meal will be served. Select from a vegetarian or non-vegetarian option subject to availabiltv. For Jet2plus bookings made at the departure airport, you will still receive a fantastic inflight meal. On some Jet2plusCITY routes (those under two hours) a meal deal will offered in place of hot food.

Do you guarantee all of the services will be available on the day?
While we will always endeavour to do our best to deliver the services offered, sometimes not all features will be available and this will generally be due to circumstances outside our control. . However, in the extremely unlikely event that we are obliged to cancel the flight - perhaps due to extreme weather or strike, and you do not travel, you will, of course, be refunded the full cost in addition to your flight booking costs, on application.

Is there a dress code in the Executive Lounges?
The lounges are used by different sets of people travelling for both business and leisure. You should therefore dress appropriately. It is possible that you may be refused entry if you do not.

Can I take children into the VIP Lounge?
Typically in the UK children under 12 will not be admitted to the lounge, although Manchester will allow well-behaved children. Most overseas VIP lounges DO allow children but at all times we are subject to the local terms and conditions.

In-Flight Meals
Can I book a meal on one flight sector only if I have a return flight booked?
No, at this stage if you have a return booking and wish to purchase an in-flight meal this must be purchased for both of your flights. However, if you are booking a one-way sector only then you can purchase a meal on this sector.
Do you offer children’s meals?
No, we do not yet offer meals specifically for children. This may be something that is introduced at a later stage depending on demand.

What will my pre booked in flight meal consist of?
We aim to change our in-flight menu periodically throughout the year and meal types also vary also according to flight times. For earlier morning flights, you can expect to tuck in to a delicious muffin, hot cooked breakfast and a yoghurt, together with bread roll, butter and preserve.
For flights departing later in the day the meals served will consist of a chilled salad pot starter, hot main course (such as Chicken in a Piquant Sauce, green beans and roast potatoes or Diced Beef in rich gravy, Yorkshire Pudding, potato wedges and vegetables), tempting dessert, bread roll and butter, cheese and crackers and chocolate. Our crew will also offer customers a choice of complimentary hot drink to accompany their meal.
Whilst every effort is taken to offer the above appropriate menu, due to operational reasons which may be out of our control, we do reserve the right to vary the exact content of the meal with something of an equally high standard.

Are you able to cater for individual dietary needs?
We are able to offer vegetarian alternatives for passengers who specify this at the time of online meal booking. For early morning flights, we offer a three course menu comprising of delicious muffin, hot cooked vegetarian breakfast and a yoghurt, together with bread roll, butter and preserve. For flights departing later in the day customers will be served with a chilled salad pot starter, hot vegetarian pasta main course, tempting dessert, bread roll and butter, cheese and biscuits and chocolate. Our crew will offer customers a complimentary hot drink to accompany their meal.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to cater for any other dietary requirement and we should point out that some of our food products on board may contain nuts or nut traces.

I've booked an in-flight meal but have changed my mind, can I have a refund?
In-flight meal bookings are non refundable, but where customers are transferring their Jet2.com flight to a later date, providing we have 96 hours notice of this, the in flight meal can also be transferred.
What if I have booked a meal and then decide to upgrade to Jet2plus?
If you upgrade to Jet2plus you will only be charged the difference between what you have already paid for your in-flight meal and the cost of Jet2plus. You will not be charged again for the meal.
